1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

New Equipment

  • May be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
    • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • You provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  • Restocking fee: 10–20% may apply (unless the return is due to our error).

Used/Refurbished Equipment

  • Returns accepted within 7 days if:
    • The item does not match its described condition.
    • There is a verified defect not disclosed at the time of sale.
  • No returns for buyer’s remorse (unless agreed otherwise).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered equipment.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
  • Partial Refunds: Granted if the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts.

5. Exchanges

  • Available for identical or similar items (subject to stock availability).
  • Customer covers shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

6. Warranty Claims

  • New Equipment: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (terms vary by brand).
  • Used Equipment: 30-day limited warranty (unless stated otherwise).

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
