Description

• Function: The machine uses a continuous feed hopper and a paddle assembly rotating at a high speed (1500 rpm for single-speed models; variable from 100 to 1800 rpm for the V.V. model) to centrifuge products, separating the ready-to-use pulp from the waste materials.
• Output: It can process a large volume of ingredients, with an hourly output of up to 150 kg, depending on the type of preparation.
• Hygiene & Build: The entire machine, including the motor unit, bowl, base, and hopper, is constructed from stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. All parts in contact with food are removable and dishwasher safe.
• Included Accessories: The unit comes standard with two perforated baskets: one with a 1 mm mesh and another with a 3 mm mesh, allowing for different levels of straining. Other mesh sizes are available as options.
